Drops not added

Dear Zwift, just finished a little drops farming session but sadly they weren’t saved. Is this little Stoneway Sprint Mystery Spinner hack no longer allowed? Many thanks for any help getting them back. It was the Oh Hill No ride route on the Stoneway Sprint segment, for

3/19, you can see from the screen shot at 10:23 I’ve got 1,822,981 and at 46:17 I’ve got 2,071,330. But when I log on now I’m back at 1.8 million :frowning:

Likely you were logged on to Zwift on another device at the same time. This can cause a problem like this.

The only way to recover lost progress is by asking support to do it

So he is taking advantage of a ‘hack’ or flaw in the system as some might call it, its goes wrong somehow and than asks Zwift to fix it … :thinking:

Nothing wrong with asking. They can refuse if they want to. I’m not sure how they will respond or whether they see it as a problem or not. Personally I would not do anything so boring but that’s not an answer to the question.

Not sure why missing drops was the only thing that wasn’t saved. The ride, kilometers, elevation, XP, and time all saved properly. I put in a support ticket and Zwift fixed it. Super easy! Thanks for the community support and help!
