Do any humans work at zwift?

just had an auto renew through paypal at 179.99
i havent used zwift in 11 months and dont have a smart trainer either. no email replies, no help with the bot, no phone number.

cant remember an auto renew and it must have been sneaky! Had no email about renewal and the increased amount from the year before.

am i ever likely to see my money back?

Sounds like you might have a subscription set up on PayPal and so PayPal did the renewal for you? Have a look in your PP account to see if you can see a subscription.
