Subscription issue

Hi, I helped my neighbour get started on Zwift (he doesn’t speak english). First of all I chose a yearly subscription plan but he wished to change it to a monthly so I promptly cancelled the yearly subscription and chose a monthly plan instead. He has proof of confirmation that he has been approved for the monthly plan but the payment for 1 year has been deducted from his paypal account. Advice anyone?

I would expect to see a refund in a few days after cancelling the yearly sub. How long has it been since you singed him up for the annual and then cancelled it?
