No worries. Actually the other thread is a bit different isn’t it? In this thread, results seem OK in Zwiftpower, but not ok in Companion App.
Same issue for me this morning in a group ride and a race earlier this week. Two DNFs on the CA, despite finishing both events. Also, neither ride is showing up on Zwift Power. Has there been an answer to this from Zwift HQ or a work-around?

That thread doesn’t seem to be exactly the same issue, nor do i understand what the was. I can’t tell from that exchange if anything’s been done or if they have the same problem I’m having. My results aren’t showing up in Zwift Power or CA. Any idea why this happening to just some of us and if there is anything being done about it?

The thread should have pointed you to answer from Flint, Zwift staff, of:
“The DNF issue has one root cause and a visual fix, both of which we’re working on right now and can be expected in pretty near-term ZC/game releases. For the moment, there’s no workaround.”
I think it’s a bit odd that there’s no workaround, but the issue doesn’t present itself for everyone. Maybe if he mentioned what the ‘one root cause’ is?
Not really, probably it just depends on circumstances that are outside a user’s control, e.g. a timing issue or just a specific combination if events.
Hello!! I have been searching for a resolution to this. I also have had 2 DNFs on my last 2 rides and my times are similar and better than others I see on the boards. Has there been any resolution to this issue? It’s so frustrating. I am new to Zwift, so I really like seeing myself on the board and placing. 
They’ve said a fix is coming soon.

Today it was the Atom Racing Team DD Race on triple flat loops in Watopia and Thursday it was Stage 3 Best of Rolling Highlands!
Mine was the ODZ rode on Seaside Sprint and stage 3 race rolling highlands. Is the fix coming in an all new release?
Just to add another data point, two riders today in our club ladder race received DNFs in companion app and no result was sent to ZP. There is no way they had matching times - this was the winner and last place rider.
Interestingly after the race I checked ZP Live and both had distances that exceeded 100% of the course distance.
Zwift HQ has been in contact w me on this. My situation appears to be fixed (all my Rapha events are showing up in Zwift Power) but I still haven’t raced since the DNF situation started. They said they know about it, are still working on it and it may not actually be fixed yet.
I have this issue now myself. Have contacted Zwift HQ. Is it just something they have to fix in my profile on their end?
I didn’t do anything other than contact HQ. It seems fixed, but they haven’t contacted me to confirm that. Also, I still haven’t raced yet since this started happening. The social group rides I’ve done all show up without a DNF, but I guess the test will be this week when I do a race. Fingers crossed. Anyone else get a resolution or a different response?
Hopefully fixed in 1.59 
I heard from Zwift support that they are working on a fix for this bug
