Tiny Race DNF after compliting the Race

Hello there :frog:

Does anyone have any idea why I was marked as a DNF in the Tiny Race C category (2) when I most definitely completed the race in the first half of all riders?

The DNF is messing up all other results in the Zwift racing app and ZwiftPower, including total placement.

My Zwiftpower profile: https:// ZwiftPower - Login
Zwift racing app info: https:// www.zwiftracing.app/events/5007620 (showing as DNF after 99,4%)

Thanks!

@Eric_Schlange_ZwftIn

Was the finish banner just after the KOM banner and you clicked to join race 3 a fraction too early?

I wish I knew it for sure, anything is possible, but in my mind there was the result window in the end.

I might be gaslighting myself now, memory is a fragile narrator :smiling_face_with_tear: and I really just did not reach the finish banner by 40-50 meters.

Possibly related to this ongoing issue:

You got a DQ because you skipped the second race, then returned to race #3 and 4. That’s against the rules, hence your DQ on race 3 and 4.

From the event description:
No skipping then returning. To make sure everyone is racing with the same levels of fatigue, riders are prohibited from skipping race 1, 2, or 3 then returning for a later race.

He took part, see #228 in live race tab in pen C, 4.1Km completed at 3.7W/Kg average. But for some reason, he didn’t get credited with passing the finish line, which was around that distance.

Interesting.

I removed his DQs just now for races 3 and 4, but there’s nothing I can do to grant him a ā€œfinishā€ for race 2, so that will continue to show the way it is (as a DNF). That’s a ZwiftPower/Zwift issue I have no control over (as far as I know)…

Thanks for the further info, @Steve_Cl!

The blue finish banner of Race #2 was beyond the KOM arch. He may have exited after the arch but before the finish banner. If he did actually cross the finish banner then its the usual gremlins…
