I use a Garmin HR strap
My GF uses Garmin Fenix 8 pro (broadcasting)
If we train together in the same room her Zwift keeps displaying my HR even though it isn’t paired!
WTH is going on?
I have to take my strap off and use my Fenix watch if we are both in the room on Zwift. Only then will it stop showing my strap
That is puzzling! I would want Zwift support to see the game logs, but she might also try re-installing the game to wipe out any pairing history, and then set everything up while your HRM is off. Reinstalling Zwift
I had this happen 2yrs ago when I got my new equipment for Zwifting, are you able to delete both devices file knowndevices/xml. Then only start your Zwift and pair your equipment, disconnect everything. Then start up hers, and pair her equipment?
Hi guys, yep, did the reinstall and ensured the devices file was deleted… Still does it.

Right, I’ve done a complete uninstall again and cleared the registry of all Zwift entries… Reinstalling and let’s see if that sorts it
Are you both on PC, is for some reason the pc bluetooth devices connecting and not Zwift?
Both are on windows laptops, not sur about the windows devices trying to connect. I’ll check next.
Still not had chance to train with the GF but Ive just realised I have a Garmin Duo which allows 2 pairings… Still shouldnt matter if she hasn’t paired to it but…
OK, so it’s deffo a ZWIFT BUG. I even tried pairing the duo with my trainer and then pairing with zwift direct bluetooth in an attempt take up both channels.. The GF was still showing my HR when she was clearly paired to her Fenix 8.
My only other option is to dual pair with my bike headunit but thats a complete ballache.
Need help from the Zwift Mods
NB: I did look to see if the laptop BT was connecting but windows cannot connect with the Duo.
