Hello All,
I have a traning plan created for by my coach which takes into the account my current fitness levels and all other important parameter. The training plan also specifies the power zones I have to work at during the training.
Zwift, however, changes all the values based on the FTP that I have either set manually or allow it to calculate it for me, so that the training power output numbers are screwed up completely.
Is there a way to discard the FTP parameter and rely purely on the numbers written in the training plan?
