Direct messages now appear in the app = Terrible idea

Having the chat appear in the app is terrible idea.  Most people when riding don’t partake in the direct chat so having it in the iPhone app make using this app annoying as the power up button is blocked by peoples meaningless chat.

This is nearly as bad an idea as changing the display view when you use your Di2 shifter buttons to control your Garmin.

Thanks for the feedback. We developed the chat notifications in response to Zwifters on smaller screens who were missing messages and/or having trouble reading them. Don’t worry. There will be a settings option to control group and private message notifications soon :slight_smile:
