Rode course today. It is in my zwift companion app but did not get route badge or drops. I saw the route badge flash at the to of fox hill. Frustrating.
This is generally an issue with mismatched log ins/outs. Do you happen to use Zwift on more than one device?

I have zwift on more than one device but was not using the other devices. Logged in through apple tv. Thx
Is it possible you logged in to one of the other devices, though, but did not log out?

Yes that is correct. I checked and I was logged in on another device. The badge appears on my companion app. Can it be added to my badge list?? Thx
