Did not get the training plan credit

Hi @Carsten, I took a careful look at your information and it looks like you may have stumbled into previously unexpected scenario as most members who have an issue with their membership expiring during a ride aren’t able to complete their ride without returning to the Home Screen. From what I can tell, you most likely ran into this issue with some memberships not renewing correctly if you’re riding when it tries to renew

We don’t have any tools available to manually refresh the Training Plan status or to apply stars so there isn’t really any method for us to get that ride recorded correctly on your Training Plan. You’re always welcome to reach out to us at support if you want a closer look at why this happened though
