Cycle 101 training plan - dont make us wait

It would be great if you could free the Zwift cycling 101 training plan from the fixed schedule lock.
While I agree that using the Monday start for the other training plans isn’t too inconvenient, I think that having to wait to begin the intro courses is pretty darn inconvenient, especially to those of us new to the program. I’m probably beating a dead horse with this one, but I just want to put it out there again as I don’t see a lot of other good intro material

Totally agree with you Jason. Zwift absolutely needs to provide the ability to override the recommended rest period. I find myself doing “filler” rides in between the lock out periods because Zwift won’t let me access the next ride! Or missing out on a half week of training because of a busy schedule and travel. Very frustrating!!! I think flexibility is the key word that the Zwift dev team needs to really understand. There are many requests on this forum for this feature. The response I love the most from Zwift is the “training plans and rest periods aren’t for everyone”. What the ■■■■!? I understand that in an ideal world we should stick with the recommended rest periods. But people are busy and need to have the flexibility to complete the training plans when they have the time each week. Don’t force us to rest because we’ll most likely find alternatives to using your product. Zwift dev team- PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE!

Also,why are the long rides only available towards the end of the week. I understand most people get time over the weekend but I like a lot of people work shifts so find I have more spare time mid week, and often at the beginning of the week. Give us weekly unlocks fine, but open up all available weekly workouts together to allow us to complete them. I often find I miss beginning of th week or end of week training rides due to the short time available.
