Custom Workouts Issue

I have custom workouts from my coach and normally I download them and save them to

workout\customer Id\ folder

But now they are not showing up in Customer works outs in the app. Can someone please tell me where I need to save these files so I can use them in the app>

The location changed when launcher version 1.1.16 was released:

All Zwift files moving forward are written to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Zwift\ by default, instead of My Documents. Look for your FIT files and ZWO workout files in the new location.

Thanks Paul. So if I download a ZWO file from Training Peaks, they should be saved in the C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Zwift\ location?

Yes, and the folder structure under there will look just like it did when it was in the Documents folder, so you would put it under workouts as you did before. Another Windows shortcut for that directory is %LocalAppData%\Zwift

Also, you could import your workouts from Training Peaks automatically if you want.

Hi Paul, just want to give a big “Thank you” for this. Came back to ZWIFT after some time off, was saving my custom workouts in the previous folder ZWIFT used, and they weren’t showing. With your comment, I now know where to save them, and now they are uploaded. Thanks again!
