I created a custom workout in zwift and when I open zwift the workout is there. However I want to share the zwo file with some friends but when I open my folder, I cannot find it. Up until 2 days ago, all the custom workout zwo files are there, just the most recent one. Where can it have gone?

I still can’t find it. This is where my current ones are. C:\Users\’myusername’\OneDrive\Documents\Zwift\Workouts. It says the “appdata” one is spelled wrong.
Try navigating to %LocalAppData%\Zwift\Workouts and it should get you there.
