I should add. got brand new belt within 48 hours and sorted the calibration myself. Fantastic from Elite support on this front. However my main and only fault is I cant put power down with 0% resistance (on the flat) in zwift. its simply spins out. I’ve 52/11 gearing and barely hold 200 watts. IRL i would only sprint in my 52/12 or 52/11. This has to be a zwift and elite conflict in software somewhere as works fine with elites own app etc.
I use bluetooth and apple Tv. my trainer is only good for ERG mode workouts and when it goes into free ride mode during a workout for example to do a sprint interval. i need to manually whack the resistance up on the companion app to allow me to put power down.
Really upsetting. Please fix this. I’ve mentioned this for 3 years now and not elite or Zwift will fix it. The internet is loaded with elite direto resistance issues. can Elite or Zwift please focus on this. We are paying customers and only get 50% if even of the experience we pay for. I want to Race and have an FTP of 3w/kg and unless I’m climbing constant hills i can put power down. Please please please sort this out.
