Crash when signed my password and click “next”, Zwift shuts down. Tried with several different users. Updated to version 1.19.0 on my AppleTV (version 4K). Latest OS on TV. Reinstalled the app 3 times, same thing happens. Worked with previous version of the app.

Having the exact same problem on my iPad Pro 15.1. Zwift exits when pressing my name in order to log in. This is the exact same problem that occurred after the update in October. Then it took Zwift 2d to solve the problem. The funny thing is that I can use my wife’s older iPad (don’t know which version) and login without problem. This also was the case in October, so there must be some issue with regards to newest versions of iOS devices.

Interesting enouigh it seems to have been an issue for many people for a long time but on the operational status page - all is “operational”. Really? No incidents? Then what is this thread?

Edit: no access to service for 2 days is usually deemed as a “long time” 
After latest update zwift on iOS 15.1.1 frozen when airplay to Apple TV. Once airplay is stopped it was working fine.
Customer support said the team is working on a fix. Please keep me posted. Thx
Have the same problem on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV… everything crashes tried reinstall, didn’t work. Bought a month on ROUVY today because of this.

We’re more than 24 hours later and the problem still persists with my account. I’m still not able to login on any of my iOs-devices (iPad or iPhone). On my Apple computer I’m capable of login in.
Meanwhile it seems that the issues for my girlfriend’s account are solved. She can use the Zwift-app on her iPad and iPhone.
Please note that we use the same network, the same type of devices and the same operating system (iOs updated to 15.1).
I’m not really happy with the service you are providing. After all we’re paying for something that isn’t functioning really well. As you can read in the other mails I’ve sent, this isn’t the first time…
I hope that this problem will be solved quickly and I ask kindly for any compensation whatsoever.

So today I tried to do a factory reset on my ATV 4K and installed the latest tvOS, but to no avail. Zwift 1.19.0 still crashes after providing username and password.
Zwift 1.19.0 runs on my iPhone XS iOS 14.8.1 so it makes me wonder if it’s related to the OS and the version of the OS.
Funny enough Zwift tells everybody to make sure to upgrade their OS and apps.
Anyways I’m looking into moving to Rouvy or RGT Cycling.

On my Iphone12 (latest software), and apple TV 4 (latest software) the updated Zwift app crashes all times.
Same problem… update apple tv 15.1.1 , when entering email and password zwift closes app… did reset apple tv… reinstalled zwift problem still not fixed 
Same here, from NL. iPad (6th gen) IOS15.1 Zwift 1.19.0 crashing when logging in to the app.
Same on my iphone se (2020) running latest ios 15.1 and latest zwift 1.19.0, in The Netherlands
At login, zwift app crashes/closes.
Tried it also on my Android phone, same issue: crash at logon.
However 4 hours ago it seemed resolved on my Android, so it looks like they’re working on the issue, though not yet for ios…
