Same here. Crash after login screen on apple tv. Uninstall and re-install done. Same issue.

For those posting on this thread, would you also add your location? As there are not more comments than this, I am beginning to wonder if this might be isolated to some particular area(s0 of the globe.

Able to open , to login and start selecting sensors. Either hangs on OK or crash Mac and Mac enters a forced rebook of system

Same here on ios from The Netherlands. Reinstalled the app, restarted ipad air, latest ios before 15.

Same happened 2 months ago, 2 days no zwift. Thats not what i pay premium price for

Hi,
I’m on iPad Pro 15.1. When pressing my name on the log in screen the wheel turns a couple of seconds and then Zwift exits. I don’t get to the pairing screen. Tried to use my wife’s older iPad and there I could log in and run Zwift without problem.

Beeing kicked out when Next (after I entered username and password) is clicked,
Tried a BT-keyboard, Siri, iPhone remote and original remote. Same for all.

Hello,

I can’t start the app since the last update. Yesterday all went fine, but since today I’m unable to use the Zwift-app on all of my devices.

As soon as I launch the app, and try to login, it crashes. This is the case on all of the devices I use (iPhone & iPad, both on IOS 15.1).
My girlfriend is not able to Zwift neither. She uses the same network and also an iPad with IOS 15.1.

I have already deleted and reinstalled the app but the problem remains.

This is the second time in a period of 5 weeks that I encounter a similar problem… I’ve sent an email on the 7th of october concerning an identical issue.

I hope you can fix this problem rapidly.

I had a look at your account, and it looks like you’re using an old version of the game ( 3.29.0 ), please upgrade Zwift Companion to the latest version iOS 3.30.0 (November 17, 2021).

Your game can get outdated if you run directly from ZwiftApp instead of ZwiftLauncher, so try updating your game. If you need help with that, check out this article.

After updating Zwift—please let us know if you’re still having trouble.

The answer that I’ve received, is completely nonsense! As I’ve mentioned in my email, the problem that me and my girlfriend encounter, exist since we installed the last version of Zwift!

We are -since that last update- not able to connect on both off our accounts on our Apple iPads and iPhones. I can still login to Zwift when I use my Apple computer.

So… Give me a correct answer and solution for this problem. On the Zwift forum I can clearly see that multiple other people are having the same problem since the last update (November 17, 2021): not able to connect and app crashes when trying to login.

More than 5 hours later…Problem remains the same, no solution!

Should we consider this as a normal service from Zwift for their premium users?!

Same problem for me. It first worked after latest update but then I uninstalled Zwift because of another bug. When I reinstalled it I could not log in. Crash after “next” both on iPhone and Apple TV.

Here stops working with iPhone XS Max on iOS 15.1 and also stops working on iPad Air running iOS 12.5.5.
