I just started yesterday. Zwift works fine on my iPhone. But I can‘t login on my iPad nor my Apple TV. Mail and password are correct. How can I fix this?
Try changing the language on your Apple TV, as outlined in this thread pinned at the top of the Forum:
I’m experiencing the same issues today (11/30) @ 4:27pm EST. Opened the Zwift App - sequenced through a longer-than-usual update. Then asked for my password and - white screen sometimes, 502 error other times.
I checked with the Zwift help desk just now 3:39pm CST and they are having a major outage. no ETA
my apple app and windows pc both are not getting authenticated
