Hi - just pulled a brand new Kickr out of the box and updated its firmware using Wahoo Utility app on an Android phone, but in Zwift the search function cannot find the Kickr. Any advice?
Either turn Bluetooth off on your phone and then connect on your computer or connect on your your phone via the Zwift mobile link app.
This works fine but ERG was still messed up for me - the KICKR/zwift with Bluetooth problem has a number of threads at the moment. I bought a cheap ANT+ USB stick and all works fine now.

I had exactly the same problem 2 weeks ago with the new Kickr. Connecting it to my MacBook with bluetooth would not work. Had to go through the iPhone with the Mobile App. Very flaky though.
In the end I bought a ANT+ USB dongle. Needed this anyway for the cadence meter on my bike, and the HRM.
Since using ANT+, no issues at all. Works like a charm.
