Connecting ANT+

I have a Tacx Vortex and although I have been using Zwift no problem via IOS on my phone I have been unable to connect to my laptop.  When using the laptop Zwift sees the ANT dongle and connects the “ConnectableDevice” but doesn’t connect to the cadence or power meter. It doesn’t bluetooth saying “driver error”.

Any idea why the laptop will not “see” these?
