Connected but not working

Morning. I’ve read related threads but can’t seem to find fix for my issue. The wahoo kickr, my HR Bluetooth etc all connect but the rider just sits on the screen. I’ve rebooted multiple times and uninstalled - reinstalled Zwift to no effect. Any suggestions?? Thanks

Are you getting power/watts recorded on screen when connected?

Do you.have play controllers paired?

Hi Mike. Yep. Sorry should have been clearer- it says that it’s all connected.

Not sure about play controllers. Just the HR and the Kickr are connected

But is it reading any power? Are you getting watts on screen or just zeros?

Oh. Gotcha. Nope. No readout when spinning

Any chance you’re still connected to another app, like the Wahoo app?

Thanks Nigel. I’ll check

Hi @Chris_Black2

Thanks for sharing your concern. This is Haziel from Zwift, I will be glad to share some troubleshooting steps that might help you run again.

To start, let’s take a look at ensuring your trainer is updated and calibrated as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Sometimes running a test ride using your trainer’s app can shed light on any issues you might be facing.

Once you’ve confirmed that your trainer is functioning well with the manufacturer app, please make sure to pair your speed sensor on the pairing screen and select your trainer from the next menu.

I also recommend using the Zwift Companion App as a Bridge. Many users find that it helps create a more stable connection, so I highly recommend that you try it.

If you’re still encountering difficulties, it might be worthwhile to test whether the same issue happens with other devices.

I genuinely hope these steps help you resolve the issue. However, if you continue to experience problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us to provide further assistance.
