Probably not easily. What is the make/model of the bike?
Sometimes it’s possible to attach speed and cadence sensors to a spin bike, though accuracy will probably be poor. If you don’t care about accuracy then it’s an OK solution.
Here’s an example:
The brand is NEWFIT ATLLAS 2
if you can change the pedals you could fit power meter pedals but then it gets to the point of probably being better to buy a new trainer.
It’s not an option, budget problems.
