I have updated the iOS on my iPhone 13 (iOS 15.7) and I have updated the Companion App (Version 3.40.2 (1328)).
I want to update the firmware of my new Zwift Hub - following the instructions, but my “More” screen on the Companion App does not have the “Zwift Hardware” option - see image. I’m in Ireland and currently am unable to update the firmware.
Have you made sure that bluetooth is turned on for the companion app?

same here on android phone, bt is turned on and hardware tab is not showing up.

Can you tell me which thread it was answered in? I searched and nothing turns up.
I don’t have a “Zwift Hardware” tab in the companion app either, BT is enabled, the companion app has access to it, device connection allow BLE but still cannot get that tab to show up. I tried on two separate iPhones and an iPad but no luck on all three. How do I get the “Zwift Hardware” tab to show up?
The solution was to switch on location service at the end (older Android version need it). I suggested to “forget” the Hub in BT known devices.
