Tried EVERYTHING but cannot get the firmware updates installed!

I have an Android device. Just purchased the Zwift One Hub. After getting it set up through my Windows PC it says there are firmware updates that need to be installed. I open up the Companion App on my phone and hit “Zwift Hardware” only to be confronted with “No Zwift Hardware Found”. I have tried everything to correct this. What can I do?

Make sure you don’t have the Hub paired to Zwift when you want to do the update. ie. close Zwift completely then try again.

Yes, Zwift is not running on my PC. I even disconnected Bluetooth on the PC to be sure it’s not connected to the hub. The phone shows that BT is connected to the hub.
