Hi all, I have ordered swift ride bike and it was delivered without swift Cog v2 and riser feet which were supposed to be in the handlebars box. Now I cannot phone anyone at Zwift as they do not publish their phone number and contact us chat is not providing any useful information nor is it connecting me to a human. It is so frustrating I cannot believe that they do not have anyone whom one can contact to resolve an issue. Has anyone had this problem with any of their equipment order? Do they even have customer services department. I am regretting now that I ordered it.

Thanks Steve! Fingers crossed. Saying that but Is it just me thinking that one would expect a bit better service when you spend £1,200 with them…
I like zwift platform but this is making me a tad nervous.
