Know issue with 30sec CS instead of 3min.
When selected CS and hit start on ZCA it closed the application on PC.
Upon checking Activity on ZCA, it’s saying “Activity still in process”
This definitely isn’t a known issue and is the first report I’ve seen of it (the crash, not 30 seconds).
Obviously this is still a pain for you and I’m sorry it happened!
I had this happen to me tonight on a group ride. At 20 mins I went to activate the 30 sec coffee stop and the Zwift application closed on the pc, had to restart Zwift and rejoin the event ride
