Just finished riding the new Coast to Coast route in a meetup and I did not receive the route badge (or extra XP for completion). Other riders in the meetup got the route badge. I do not see it in the Zwift achievements nor in the companion app as completed. My activity also does not show the route as being completed although on screen whilst riding the mini map showed all green for the route and 0m left to ride (see screenshot)
Running the latest version of Zwift 1.78.0 (136426) on an iPad. I even rode another two laps of the Jarvis KOM, sprint and passed the lap banner twice after the route should have been completed. Is there anyway to get this badge without having to re-ride the route?
My guess is that you did not start your ride at the same time with other and thus you were transferred neart to other riders somewhere over the starting line of the route. You have to cross “starting line” and “finnish line”.
Luckily that’s not a long one that you have to ride again for badge
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I spent some time reading your game log from that session. Clearly you completed the route, so I retroactively gave you the badge for Coast to Coast. No worries on that part of it.
It does seem odd that this glitch happened in a Meetup, so we’ll investigate what my have happened in the context of a meetup. Thanks for flagging this up to us.
Side note: I saw that your iPad Air 3rd generation is on iOS version 15.6.0. Current version per Apple is v18.1.1, and it’s probably a good idea to update.
