I have recently purchased and installed a Zwift Cog and virtual shifters. I have updated firmware on the virtual shifters to 1.2.0 but my Zwift app keeps coming up with an error when trying to use shifters, saying Virtual Shifters not available Update firmware.
You may need to update the firmware on your trainer, using the manufacturer’s app. What is the make and model of your trainer?
