I just bought at Zwift Ride. I did the tutorial where I pressed the shift and there wasn’t any problem but when I get in I ger this message?
can somebody help me ? 
Which trainer do you have?
Sometimes installing a firmware update on the trainer will add virtual shifting support, but some trainers don’t have an available firmware update to add the feature.
Also if the trainer is paired via ANT+, that will break virtual shifting, and Elite trainers that support WiFi pairing must be paired via Bluetooth instead.

I not sure I know what You mean with via ANT. It is connected via Bluetooth?

Use the Elite Upgrado app to see if there is a firmware update available for your XR-T.
That trainer supports virtual shifting when paired via Bluetooth and with the latest firmware.
Thank you. That helped, but every time I pedal backwards, the chain falls off. The chain catcher drops down.
I wonder if you have the correct adapters on the trainer. Were you using a 142mm thru-axle bike on the trainer before you got the Zwift Ride? If the frame rubs on the Cog then it is expected that it will prevent the chain from moving backwards properly.
I found a solution now it works.
