what tablet is that? I see the ant+ is lit up on the pairing screen, but it doesn’t look like you are paired using it? I wonder if disabling ant+ would help?

no, that would be for a PC, a dongle is a little USB attachment. On a samsung tablet it would be in the system settings to disable it somewhere.
