After the penultimate update the virtual circuit no longer works. No gears are displayed. The controllers have the latest software. When will this be fixed?
Most likely it will be fixed when you sort it out on your system. If you contact support they may be able to tell you what the reason is by glancing at your logs, but I can give you a couple things to check:
- Everything must be paired via Bluetooth, so if your system has an ANT+ adapter installed, remove it and try again so you can easily ensure that nothing related to your trainer is paired via ANT+
- Check if the virtual shifting setting is present and enabled
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I peeked at your server logs and the issue here is your ANT+ dongle is getting in the way.
Virtual Shifting works only when your trainer and shift controller’s signals are all paired over Bluetooth. If you unplug the ANT dongle and force all connections to happen over Bluetooth, your shifting functions will work as expected. Please give that a try and let us know if that solves your issue?

This issue seems to keep coming up, maybe a popup would help on the pairing screen if ANT+ is detected for users who have virtual shifting enabled?
