Click not pairing

Ive jut purchased my Swift and having problem with click. It comes up on my screen as devices to pair, but doesn’t allow me to tick the box.?

I have the same problem. How did you get it fixed?

It’s not very clear of the different set ups you can have with phone, ant usb and computer bluetooth usb.
I thought you had to use your phone as a link between the hub and computer, but I didn’t. Because I was using phone links up with Zwift and not allowing Zwift to connect to computer. So I didn’t bring phone into room or switch off bluetooth.
It then connects.
