Unable to connect cell phone to zwift hub one

Hi everyone,

I have a Swift Hub One setup and an Apple TV 3rd generation to run Zwift. Since the Apple TV has only two Bluetooth slots, I’m using my cellphone as a bridge. This setup works splendidly with my Pixel phone.

However, I’m trying to use another phone, an old Xiaomi Mi8, as the bridge instead of the Pixel, but for some reason, I can’t pair it with the Hub.

I don’t understand why it won’t pair with the Mi8, especially since it works flawlessly with the Pixel.

Please share your thoughts on this.
