Click isn't changing gears

Zwift click is not changing gears. The number on the screen changes but resistance stays the same.

I’ve checked the firmware for both the click and kickr.

Powered down and unplugged.

Reinstalled zwift and companion.

Checked that virtual shifting is on.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated. It worked within the past day or two. Tried from 2 different devices.

How is the kickr paired and to what device?

Please provide all the details about your trainer, what you run the game on, how you pair the trainer. Do you see the gears on the HUD, or no gear indicator at all? Without that information all I can offer is the docs.

It’s Bluetooth paired to an android tablet.

Bluetooth paired to the Wahoo Kickr Core.

Gears change on screen but resistance doesn’t change.

Tried the game on tablet and phone, both android.

Try using the Wahoo app to change the wheel size to anything else. Does that fix it?
