Hi, im new to zwift and recently bought the Zwift hub, single cog and click.
Whilst everything seems connection via bluetooth, i will enter a ride and despite clicking away to change gear, nothing happens there is no resistance at all, it will show the gears changing in the top left corner but nothing is happening, please help
Make sure that virtual shifting is switched on in the Zwift Settings.
Cheers Steve, it appears to have been down to the upgrades not having been done, now updated and so far seems fine, thanks.
I have a new hub with zwift cog and zwift click, but the click makes no difference to the resistance as i change gear. virtual shifting is “on” but i am obviously doing something wrong but cant see any i may have missed in the set up. any ideas?
Hi @David_Sanderson1, thank you for posting. I’m Gian from Zwift.
I’m sorry that you’re having resistance issues. I see that we’ve been troubleshooting with you over email and that you recently reached out to our support team again. Please note that we’ll continue helping you over there. Please keep an eye on your email.
Thank you for your patience.
Hi. i sent a note to support a few days ago but haven’t heard back. i have had continuous problems with my zwift kit. i just bought i new ipad specifically to remove poor hardware from my list of possible causes but my hub loses connection within a minute of riding - the blue light blinks, changes colour, and goes blank. my firmware is up to date, i have very good and adjacent broadband, and have no other devices running that could cause interference. any help welcome as running out of ideas. .
Im also having the same problem. Brand new Zwift cog and clicker. Gears change on the screen but nothing happens on resistance. Im spinning out on erg mode or free rides because gears are not changing resistance.
