The setup is a Zwift hub one with virtual shifting. All connected by Bluetooth…I do not have a problem to connect any device, it is the operation of the click shifter in game that is the problem. No resistance generated until gear 16 is selected. I had been using the trainer for one week previous to this with no issues… resistances as expected through gears 1/24… I think I said previously that 10/11/12 was the gearing that suited my riding style and ability. I run Zwift through an iPad. All updates have been added… this was when the problem started…
I would raise this with Zwift support so that they can work through this with you. Keep telling the chatbot that its suggestions don’t help and you’ll eventually reach a contact form for support.
