I’m new to cycling and I’ve just bought a suito elite for the winter.
However the chain makes noise on the low gears and can sometimes jump between 2nd and 1st gear. I’ve watched quite a few videos and I understand the principle, but after several settings I don’t understand which one I should play on?
Could you help me ?

Have you seen this one? It’s not unusual to require derailleur adjustment every time you switch the bike from the rear wheel to the trainer. You could also take the trainer and bike (with the wheel as well0 to a mechanic for adjustment, and while you’re there ask them for some advice about that.
Thanks Paul, the video is very good and I’ve made some new settings, the chain no longer jumps on the slowest gears, but the passage is still difficult with a slightly loud noise. I’ll try to find a mechanic. How could you put a link, it would be easier if I could share a video.
