Cant view activity and hasn't logged that i completed Haute Route Stage 2

Hi, I completed Haute Route stage 2 today and when i finished it posted my results so i completed the race.

When i have gone to view the ride in zwift it says activity could not be loaded. it has also not acknowledged that i have done the race.

It also hasn’t uploaded to stava so i have tried to download the fit. file but cant load the activity in my zwift.com as when you click on the activity it just shows a flashing z and never loads and cant download the fit. file.

Is the any help for this ride to be retrieved?

I had the same problem last night, and it’s happened before, the file’s been corrupted somehow and unfortunately data lost.
