Can't see cursor

Since the latest update, I can no longer see my cursor. I use multiple monitors, and I never had this issue before. I tried deleting the pref.xml file, which worked temporarily, but as soon as I select my preferences again, the cursor disappears. Will there be an update to fix this issue?

Thank you for trying to resolve this by deleting the pref.xml file. If you’re using full-screen mode across multiple monitors, try switching to windowed mode, as this often resolves cursor visibility problems in multi-display environments. Additionally, updating your graphics drivers and gradually reapplying preferences one at a time may help isolate the setting causing the conflict.

Please also ensure Zwift is launching on your primary monitor. Sometimes the cursor gets “lost” on a secondary screen, and try disconnecting additional monitors temporarily to see if the cursor reappears.

If the Zwift machine is a Windows PC, and running in windowed mode helps, I would try using Borderless Gaming and see if it allows you to go full screen and keep the cursor. I have no idea what the underlying problem is, just hoping for a usable workaround.
