hello when i use zwift app in my desktop i can’t see the cursor so can’t choose any routes i use windows 10 cpu 9871.5 ghz 64-bit

Try switching to Windowed Mode:
Documents/Zwift/prefs.xml file and changed the FULLSCREEN field from “1” to “0” according to the following: 1 0
Having that problem still. Only way to get the cursor back is to switch of features which I need. That was described already in the archived discussion from 2016. I can not believe that Zwift is not able to fix that bug over the 7 years, when they promised to do so.
I am currently testing Swift but will probably return to Rouvy again.
Yeah, it’s 2025 and FULLSCREEN still means no cursor in Windows. I’m embarrassed for you Zwift. But, hey, having an unaddressed, known bug for nearly TEN YEARS is quite an accomplishment, right?
I run Zwift on Windows using Borderless Gaming. No issues with the cursor.
