If ccleaner worked, it’s probably because in your previous attempts you were clearing the cache of browsers other than IE.

I’m currently installing for a second time in windows 10 I have deleted history, cache etc and tried to disconnect and reconnect wifi but nothing is working so far I still have the 403 error

As @Gerrie_Delport_ODZ said - you don’t, but apps that need a browser function, such as the Zwift launcher, do.

This mess was caused by the Zwift update…why are we collectively busting our bolloxs trying to fix it …it is not our collective systems and computers…it is up to Zwift to fix it…we pay enough for the subscription as it is without having this infuriating waste of time…what am I missing?
