Can't get into a World to ride - HELP!

Whenever I log into Zwift, and my devices are all paired, when my World is loading, I either get stuck at the blue Zwift screen loading the world (sometimes I can hear the sound effects of the world) or I get the blue Windows error screen that kicks me out and restarts my computer. It’s a Dell laptop, running Windows 10, a year old. I cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled Zwift, and still the same issue. Funny thing is my husband is able to run Zwift with his account on the same device, no problems.
