I tried all options…Is not possible and the chat is useless…

Let me guess, you do it via Apple and not through the zwift site itself
It’s maybe a better assumption that there is a technical error rather than a scam.
Chat is useless, but if you keep saying that you want to talk to a human, you can get there.
An Apple subscription is easy to cancel. Because you do it through your Apple profile without having to use the Zwift website at all.
Considering this isn’t the first time I’ve seen someone have difficulty with cancelling Zwift I’d be willing to bet OP is trying to cancel through the Zwift website.

Do you not see the cancel (after signing in click on the menu button in the top right, click your name, then click Membership along the top of the screen, scroll down and there are some links which don’t look particularly like buttons or links, but they are to switch membership type, pause and to cancel) button or it doesn’t work?

Are you getting a specific error message? if you’d like to cancel your membership, you can do so by following the steps in this article.
There’s no need to worry, cancelling won’t erase any of your progress in Zwift. Everything you’ve unlocked will be waiting if you decide that you’d like to join again.
If you’re paying for Zwift through iTunes, you’ll need to cancel through Apple. Check out Apple’s website for more info.
