Never had this issue previously. Also no problem with IPS for other use
I got the message Logged in but there are no roads to ride…
that doesnt relly explain why everything else works as allways ? tryed rouvy, fulgaz RGT and all works perfect
if there is an IPS problem why I cannot connect via mobile data?
They can use the same backbone.
It’s called routing, but it could also be a DNS issue.
BTW, I am a Network Admin.
Using a VPN will resolve this issue and there are free ones available.
any idea how on apple tv ?
I did a quick internet search and there appears to be a bunch.
??? have a link for something usefull ?
i see a kaos of vpns when searching but no idea what to look for
youre the IT guy here
Yes, I am an IT guy, but I don’t give specific recommendations outs.
That’s just my policy and the policy of most IT guys.
If I go to my internet provider they will say, go to zwift, if I go to Zwift they will say you are having problems with your internet provider, so… I’m going out for a ride!
I have the same problem. I could not log in. Restarted app, restarted Ipad, restarted app again, deleted app. Successfully reloaded app. Now cannot even log in to Zwift app. So, I also do not buy the ISP excuse.
There are currently over 27,000 people on Zwift at the moment, so I HIGHLY doubt it’s a Zwift server issues. It is far more likely that it is an ISP Routing or DNS issue.
What do you want me to do?
Was able to login in and successfully finish my ride today (2 hours ago) but there were some weird moments - some riders with no names (just black boxes) and saving/upload finished ride took ages …several minutes maybe.
Well, I can tell you that I have been distance teaching all morning, no problems. I have been working on my computer all morning no problem. I can delete my Zwift app from my ipad and download a fresh copy. No problem. Stream video, no problem. Open Zwift nope! After delete and reload log into Zwift, nope! So, why blame everyone’s ISP, and encourage people to download and use VPN apps they don’t need.
Because this is not the first time this has happened in the last month. Germans had an issue for about a week and South West Asia had the same issue last week. Each time it was the ISP or the internet backbone in that area.
Zwift support has suggest using a VPN and that does resolve the issue for these temporary connection issues.
BTW, just because you can reach some sites does not mean you can reach all sites. Internet routing is very complicated especially with the influx of people learning and working from home.
Zwift will not log in. Worked OK 11 hours ago.
Platform: Windows 10
Internet: OK
Zwift account: OK via MyZwift
Reinstall: Tried that
VPN: Tried a couple of different countries no joy. That’s unlikely to fix a script error though.
Launcher throws a script error:
Click Yes. Launcher screen appears. Click Let’s Go.
In Zwift, login fails:
Nothing useful I can see in launcher_log or log.
Dude PLEASE STOP MISLEADING HERE
I know a few things about networking software and stuff…
I can see from the log
[21:03:39] NETCLIENT:[WARN] Request timed out for: GET https://us-or-rly101.zwift.com/relay/dropin
[21:03:39] NETWORK:Problem getting the list of worlds
[21:03:39] Request timed out
While In the browser the site responds with an application error unauthorized…
I am trying to do a workout here not to troubleshoot an issue for a paid software, yes I can run wireshark I can reverse this ■■■■ if I want to…
Up until than I will not state some random things about peoples ISPs without knowing,
