Cannot activate my 1-year membership

I purchased the Zwift Ride and 1 year membership together during the recent promotion on Dec. 31, 2025. After the trial period expired, I am trying to activate the 1-year membership via the email I received (and have tried all other methods), but whenever I click on the Activate now button it leads me to a page that tells me to purchase the membership and there is nowhere I can add the code other than the redeem coupons (which doesn’t work). I emailed Zwift 2-3 days ago, but I still haven’t gotten a response. How can I resolve this issue?

I emailed them about it 3 days ago, but did not get any response yet… Does it normally take this long?

I have heard that response times are not good right now, very busy time for them. It’s possible one of them may notice your post here.
