Zwift 1year membership code not received

Hi,

I’ve purchased the Wahoo Kickr core including 1 year zwift membership on 23rd of August. I received my products but I did not get the activation code for the membership. I replied to the email order but did not get any answer yet.

Who should I reach to in order to receive the code?

Probably best to raise a ticket with zwift support Contact Us - Official Zwift Support | Zwift

If you get the automated bot just keep raising no it didn’t not help until you get promoted to raise a call with a real person.
