Where can i enter my activation code

i just bought a new wahoo kickr and it comes with a special one year offer discount with zwift. so i purchased it and recieved an email with an activation code attached. However when i followed the instruction to activate my subscription i couldnt find a place to enter it.

i got directed to a page where it says to follow the steps

  1. cancel my current subscription on my iPhone (done)
  2. what for the membership to lapse.
  3. sign in to zwiftcom navigate to Zwiftcom/activate
  4. activate your code and store your payment details to get started with your 1-year of zwift.

i did step 1 and 2 when i click on the link in step 3 it just keeps coming back to the same page. where can i enter my code??

Go to zwift.com
Log in to your account
Click on menu in top right of screen
Go to account
Go to membership
Should be a promo code area to enter the code on this screen

I tried that, but it didn’t work. it shows there’s an error.
I’m guessing that cus the code I have isn’t a promotion code but I actually paid for it just with a discount?
I have already sent an email to zwift regarding this issue.
I’m thinking if there is a possibility that its already been activated, I will just need to wait till march 27 for my current plan to expire for the annual subscription to kick in.
