i just bought a new wahoo kickr and it comes with a special one year offer discount with zwift. so i purchased it and recieved an email with an activation code attached. However when i followed the instruction to activate my subscription i couldnt find a place to enter it.
i got directed to a page where it says to follow the steps
cancel my current subscription on my iPhone (done)
what for the membership to lapse.
sign in to zwiftcom navigate to Zwiftcom/activate
activate your code and store your payment details to get started with your 1-year of zwift.
i did step 1 and 2 when i click on the link in step 3 it just keeps coming back to the same page. where can i enter my code??

Log in to your account
Click on menu in top right of screen
Go to account
Go to membership
Should be a promo code area to enter the code on this screen

I tried that, but it didn’t work. it shows there’s an error.
I’m guessing that cus the code I have isn’t a promotion code but I actually paid for it just with a discount?
I have already sent an email to zwift regarding this issue.
I’m thinking if there is a possibility that its already been activated, I will just need to wait till march 27 for my current plan to expire for the annual subscription to kick in.
