Activation code not received [July 2024]

I bought a Wahoo Kickr Core with 1 year of Zwift subscription included and at the time of purchase, it was written that I would receive the activation code by email within 15 min and I still haven’t received it. How can I talk to a Zwift agent instead of the AI bot? Thank you for your help.

Hello i Was looking for an answer here because i just purchased mine aswell a few days ago and i have not received any activation code, i have tried to contact support but seems like i´m getting all the time the same answer with no solution,

Any guesses where can i open a ticket or how can i receive my activation code?

just keep telling the chat bot that the answer isn’t helping and eventually you will get to send an email, it might take 2 or 3 “no’s” before you get the option to send a message.

Same here - ordered at Kickr Core with 1 year free membership and no code was sent. I replied to my delivery confirmation email asking for the code as well. This seems like a major oversight in your order fulfillment process, Zwift!
