Paid Membership but not active on Zwift

Hi All,

I have a paid membership that I re-activated on my Iphone App on the 9 July 2021 and shows valid until 8 Aug 2021 however I’m not able to zwift, since its not showing active on the zwift app and trial expired.

Please advise what to do!
