I enterted a race in the companion app and it says that I am on the starting list. But on Zwift I can’t enter the race. In the top right hand corner there’s no button where I could enter. But then again it’s in the companion app.
This happened to me at the last race as well but every other competitor managed to enter and race.

You need to start riding (any world, any course, it doesn’t matter), then 30 minutes before the start of your race you’ll get a “Join Event” button at bottom left that will take you to the race.
Yes, I know, it’s a strange bit of UI design, but that’s the way it is.

Did the same thing last time but sadly didn’t work either…
Just to clarify: the tip you gave its for races/ events, not meetups?
For all the above. For races and Zwift events (like group rides etc) then it holds. For meetups it’s pretty much the same, just that the Join Event button doesn’t appear until some 5-15 minutes before the start.
