Just unboxed the neo 2T and have the same cadence issue.

[image] Tim_Farmer_NDURO_EVE: have the same cadence issue. If you have the trainer paired to Zwift for cadence and it’s not reading anything, then it’s the crank arm positioning issue. Your cranks need to reach the trainer’s cadence sensor.
